THE ROADMAPGrowth Phases & Execution Strategy
EXECUTION ROADMAP

Year 1 builds it. Year 2 launches it. Year 3 monetizes it.

Three phases. The research is done. Everything from here is execution.

01PHASE 1

Year 1

Product Development

NewCo is formed. Selfware is built. Technical architecture is deployed. Cognitive model is integrated into the AI platform. No meaningful revenue expected. This is the investment phase. Development timeline of approximately six months confirmed by technical lead. Heavy spend across engineering, AI infrastructure, legal, and administration.

02PHASE 2

Year 2

Launch & User Acquisition

Selfware launches publicly. User acquisition begins across organic, referral, and paid channels. Early subscription revenue starts. Target is to reach approximately 1 million users. B2B conversations begin with enterprise buyers. Losses narrow as subscription revenue builds against a fixed cost base.

03PHASE 3

Year 3 and beyond

B2B & Data Licensing

With 1 million users, the cognitive dataset becomes commercially licensable. Enterprise B2B contracts signed. Data licensing, API access, and content versioning revenue activates. This is where the research investment pays off. Revenue target $8M-$25M by end of Year 3 on the recommended raise. Break-even is the Year 3 objective.¹

¹ Revenue range is benchmarked against comparable B2C-to-B2B data licensing businesses. The $8M lower bound assumes 1M users, 6% paid conversion at $9/month, plus early enterprise data licensing contracts at Acxiom-model pricing of $0.01-$0.10 per record. The $25M upper bound assumes accelerated B2B adoption and platform partnership-driven user growth. Sources: ChartMogul 2026, PNC Bank 2026, Ibbaka 2026.
